Quick Overview
A full remote technical service for setting up your CCTV system so you can watch your cameras from your computer/laptop and mobile phone. All our range of DVR’s are viewable on the internet but do require your Broadband router to be configured to allow them to work. If you are unsure how to do this simply purchase our ‘Set Up Service’ and we will remotely connect to your computer and configure your router. Once set up we will talk you through all the features of remote viewing your CCTV system, including loading the application on your mobile phone.
All we ask prior to you purchasing this service is to ensure you have a working Broadband connection with internet access, a connected computer or laptop and the CCTV DVR connected into the router.
Following many compatibility problems customers with a Technicolor TG582n router will no longer be able to use this service, please contact us for more details.
